The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Corrosion-resistant steel – exclusion of one company from the scope of the AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan pursuant to court decision

Nails – dumping margin of 20.49 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Polyester fiber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on polyester staple fiber from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Uncoated paper – dumping margin of 7.11 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Portugal for the period March 1, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2022
