AD/CV News: Fluid End Blocks, Furniture, Garment Hangers, Rubber, Steel Plate

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Fluid end blocks – dumping margin of 2.97 percent for Lucchini Mame Forge S.p.A. in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy for the period July 23, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021

Furniture – determination that Zhangzhou XMB Home Technology Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Zhangzhou XYM Furniture Product Co. Ltd. for purposes of AD duty assessment in connection with AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China

Garment hangers – comments due by Sept. 7 in ITC’s expedited sunset reviews of AD duty orders on steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan and Vietnam and CV duty order on subject merchandise from Vietnam

Rubber – continuation of AD duty orders on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Poland, effective Aug. 2

Steel plate – termination of agreement suspending AD duty investigation on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia and issuance on AD duty order on subject merchandise, with dumping margins of 53.81 percent (Joint Stock Company Severstal) and 185.00 percent (Russia-wide)
